Where are The Costume Room pieces made?

Each piece is designed and made in our Dublin studio in Ireland.

How many collections does The Costume Room release every year?

The Costume Room no longer creates one collection per year. We rather add pieces to our existing collections, we believe this is a more modern and sustainable way to honour our creativity.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched two to three weeks after receipt of payment, please see announcement bar at the top of The Costume Room site for current production time. We ship with An Post, the Irish postal service.

Shipping times can vary, but here is a rough guide:

Within Ireland - one to four days

From Ireland to Europe – three to seven days

From Ireland to the rest of World – three to fourteen days depending on customs procedures in your country and postal service delivery times.

Does The Costume Room ever have sales?

No, The Costume Room never have sales as all The Costume Room pieces are made to order to avoid waste and dead stock.

How much does shipping cost?

The Costume Room offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship via An Post (the Irish postal service) worldwide. All parcels are sent via registered post, delivery is tracked and requires a signature. If An Post is unable to deliver your item, they will leave a delivery notification docket for you. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped and it is on its way.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer seasonal gift wrapping however each piece arrives beautifully wrapped all year long in white tissue paper in The Costume Room letterpress branded box.

All of The Costume Room packaging is sustainable and environmentally friendly.
